John Lee, is the Founder of Marchmont Global is a qualified engineer who also has a post graduate qualification in Business Management.  John has been in the property business for more than 20 years and over the years has seen many changes in both residential and commercial markets.

 

In the late 1980’s John started his career in property as a residential agent selling houses and apartments in a suburban town.  He later worked for a commercial property agent in Mayfair and gain valuable experience in the retail, offices and warehouse sectors.  He has Public Sector experience working in one of the Crown Services in their Facilities Management (FM) Department.

 

In the mid 1990’s John was headhunted by a property asset management company which dealt with high-net-worth overseas clients and off-shore companies managing their property portfolios in the United Kingdom.  After experiencing a full scale of property work in the London office and other overseas offices in the group, John was appointed Managing Director of the UK operation.  Through his close working relationship with clients in the property market.  John has concluded there was a lack of personal service in the property industry as many of the property companies in the industry continued to consolidate and grow in size.  Hence Marchmont Global was conceived and created to serve individuals and corporates client’s preferring to deal with a boutique property operator catering for clients who seek a personal and quality service in their dealings.
